TERMS OF USE:

The Contract: The rental agreement is a contract between you and the car rental provider that covers the terms of rental, including liability for damages and incurred costs.
Rental Requirements: You must have a valid driver's license and confirm that new users must be approved by the rental provider.
Rental Period: The rental period starts when you pick up the car and ends when it is checked in. You are responsible for the car throughout the rental period, including any extensions, until the car is checked in.
Costs: You are responsible for the rental costs, charges for any additional services, fines, charging, parking, fuel, assistance, and damage costs to the car until it is checked in.
Vehicle Condition: The car must be returned in the same condition as when it was picked up, except for normal wear and tear. If the car requires cleaning due to smoking or odor removal, the full cost will be charged to the renter. You should inspect the car before departure and report any damages.
Use of the Vehicle: You cannot use the car outside of Scandinavia without the written permission of the rental provider. If others are to use the car, the driver must register as a user.
Damage and Theft: You must immediately report accidents, damage, or theft to the police and the rental provider. You may be responsible for a deductible, depending on the damage or theft protection you have chosen.
